Responsibilities:
- Generate leads through networking, referrals, and company-provided opportunities.
- Conduct free roof inspections and assess damage or potential issues.
- Educate homeowners on roofing solutions and insurance claim processes.
- Provide detailed estimates and close sales using a consultative approach.
- Maintain strong relationships with customers to ensure satisfaction and referrals.
- Collaborate with project managers and crews to ensure smooth project execution.
- Stay updated on industry trends, products, and best practices.
Requirements:
- Sales experience preferred (roofing, construction, home improvement, or similar industries).
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
- Ability to work independently and manage a flexible schedule.
- Reliable transportation and a valid driver’s license.
- Comfortable with in-person client interactions and property inspections.
- Ability to climb ladders and assess roofs.
