The Role
We’re on the lookout for a part-time Preschool Assistant/Float who brings positivity, patience, and a can-do attitude to the classroom. If you love little ones, enjoy a playful and supportive environment, and are ready to jump into a role where every day is full of smiles and silly moments—you’ll fit right in!
What You’ll Be Doing:
- Supporting the lead teacher during classroom activities and routines
- Helping with crafts, games, stories, snacks, and outdoor play
- Keeping the classroom tidy and organized (a little cleaning here and there!)
- Encouraging kindness, confidence, and connection among our kiddos
- Being a warm, dependable presence for both children and staff
- Pitching in as needed to keep the day running smoothly
- Prepping light kitchen duties & serving lunches
You’ll Thrive in This Role If You:
- Are at least 18 years old with a high school diploma
- Truly enjoy working with young children and being part of their growth
- Have a positive attitude, strong work ethic, and team spirit
- Communicate clearly and kindly with both kids and coworkers
- Can follow daily routines and are flexible when things change (because, preschool!)
- Have a sense of humor and don’t mind getting a little glitter on your clothes
