What are the responsibilities and job description for the Sales Representative - Roll-Off & Front Load (Hunter Role) position at Elevate Recycling and Disposal?
Built for Closers. Not Order-Takers.
We are aggressively expanding and looking for a true hunter—someone who thrives on winning new business, taking market share, and getting deals closed. If you know how to walk a job site or commercial operation, spot opportunity, and turn it into revenue, this is your opportunity.
We are not a legacy hauler. We move fast, price aggressively, and back it up with reliable service, new equipment, and extremely experienced leadership. If you can sell, we can deliver.
What You’ll Do
- Hunt and close new roll-off and front-load business across construction, industrial, and commercial accounts
- Target contractors, developers, property managers, and high-volume waste generators
- Build and manage a high-velocity sales pipeline—daily prospecting is non-negotiable
- Walk job sites, identify service gaps, and convert competitors’ customers
- Own the full sales cycle: prospect → proposal → close → onboarding
- Aggressively pursue municipal and private opportunities where applicable
- Leverage pricing strategy and service reliability to win against national competitors
What We’re Looking For
- Proven closer mentality—you’ve consistently exceeded quota
- Experience in roll-off, front-load, or related industries (waste, construction services, logistics preferred)
- Strong network with contractors, builders, or commercial decision-makers is a major plus
- Relentless work ethic and comfort operating with autonomy
- Ability to negotiate, overcome objections, and close quickly
- Thick skin, competitive drive, and urgency
Compensation & Upside
- Competitive base salary uncapped commission (high earning potential)
- Aggressive commission structure designed to reward new business wins
- Vehicle or allowance
- Ability to scale income quickly as territory grows
Why This Role Wins
- Minimal bureaucracy—you can price and move fast
- Brand new trucks and containers = a strong sales advantage
- Leadership that understands how to support closers, not slow them down
- Real opportunity to take market share and build a book of business from the ground up
Bottom Line
If you’re the type who would rather chase a new deal than babysit an old account—and you want to be paid for it—this is the opportunity.
