RAD Curbside is seeking a motivated and organized Administration & Logistics Manager to join our growing team in Afton, Wyoming. This is a full-time, in-person position responsible for supporting daily office operations, customer service, routing coordination, dispatching, billing, and administrative management.
We’re looking for someone who thrives in a fast-paced environment, communicates professionally with customers and team members, and can confidently manage multiple operational tasks throughout the day.
This role is ideal for someone who enjoys both office administration and operational coordination, and who takes pride in keeping systems, schedules, and customer relationships running smoothly.
Position Overview
- Full-Time: 40–45 hours per week
- Monday–Friday schedule (typically five 8-hour shifts)
- Operating hours range from 5:00 AM – 5:00 PM
- Occasional Saturday work may be required
- Hourly or salaried position depending on experience
Key Responsibilities
Customer Service & Administrative Support
- Answer customer phone calls and emails professionally and efficiently
- Assist with:
- New customer setup
- Customer account management
- Billing and payment processing
- Resolving customer concerns and service issues
Manage incoming and outgoing mail
Prepare bank deposits
- Maintain organized records and documentation, for revenue or billing reconciliations
Billing, Accounting & Office Operations
- Support accounts receivable and payable processes
- Assist with billing, payments, and customer account tracking
- Utilize Microsoft Office and company software systems daily
- Learn and manage our proprietary CRM system for routing and customer management
Dispatching & Logistics Coordination
- Create, distribute, and close daily route sheets and customer tickets
- Coordinate and dispatch driver route assignments
- Monitor route completion and customer service standards
- Assist in troubleshooting operational and service issues
- Communicate with operations leadership regarding dispatch and routing concerns
Compliance & Operational Oversight
- Monitor driver and staff attendance and overtime
- Maintain records required by regulatory agencies including the Department of Transportation (DOT)
- Review and audit operational documentation such as:
- Driver time records
- Route paperwork
- DVIRs
- Open customer tickets
- Assist with end-of-day operational check-ins and reporting
Qualifications
- Previous administrative, customer service, or operations experience preferred
- Strong communication and organizational skills
- Proficient with:
- Microsoft Windows
- Microsoft Office
- Email and phone communication
- Ability to multitask and work independently in a fast-paced environment
- High school diploma or equivalent preferred
