Key Responsibilities:

✅ Serve as a trusted advisor to closely held businesses and high-net-worth clients

✅ Review complex federal and state tax returns for corporations, partnerships, LLCs, trusts, and individuals

✅ Lead tax planning, research, and advisory initiatives

✅ Mentor and develop tax staff and seniors

✅ Drive client relationship management and practice growth initiatives

✅ Partner with leadership on operational improvements and workflow efficiencies

What We’re Looking For:

✔️ Active CPA license

✔️ 10 years of progressive public accounting tax experience

✔️ Experience in Tax Director, Senior Manager, or Partner-level leadership roles

✔️ Strong technical expertise in tax compliance and planning

✔️ Proven client relationship and staff leadership experience

✔️ Entrepreneurial mindset with interest in business development and practice growth
