Responsibilities
- Work with buyers, sellers, landlords, and tenants on residential, multi-family, rental, and investment properties.
- Generate and follow up on leads using our CRM and your own network.
- Show properties, host open houses, and provide local market insight to clients.
- Prepare listing presentations and comparative market analyses (CMAs).
- Negotiate offers and guide clients from contract to closing.
- Stay current on Northern NJ market trends and NJMLS listings.
Qualifications
- Active New Jersey real estate salesperson license, or currently completing the licensing course.
- Strong communication and customer service skills.
- Self-motivated, organized, and goal-driven.
- Reliable transportation.
- Bilingual skills are a plus.
- New and experienced agents welcome. We'll help new agents get started.
Salary : $65,000 - $250,000
