Elevate is seeking a hard working full-time seasonal Groundskeeper who can grow with us as our professional apartment management company continues to expand. Duties & Responsibilities
- Trim shrubs and bushes as needed to ensure a professional appearance of property
- Maintain plant beds by removing weeds and planting as needed
- Repair and install hardscape features as needed
- Keeping all public spaces free and clear of litter, debris and pet waste
Qualifications
- High school diploma or equivalent
- 1-year experience working in a physically demanding position
- Ability to communicate verbally in English
- Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and meet established deadlines
- Able to lift up to 50 lbs. required and other physical requirements
- Valid Driver's License required
