About the Position
Elevate is seeking a dependable and detail-oriented Part-Time Seasonal Grounds Technician to join our team. This position is ideal for someone who working independently in a fast-paced environment, and takes pride in maintaining clean, safe, and well-kept communities. Responsibilities include pool openings, routine pool maintenance, light cleaning, and basic property grounds upkeep across multiple properties.
This is a part-time opportunity with 20-25 hours per week and some flexibility on which days. A CPO certification is preferred but not required—we’re happy to train and support the right candidate in obtaining certification.
Duties & Responsibilities
- Perform basic grounds maintenance including trash pickup, light landscaping, debris removal, and general exterior upkeep.
- Assist with maintaining clean and presentable common areas throughout the property
Qualifications
- Comfortable working independently in early morning hours
- Physically able to lift up to 50 lbs. and perform light outdoor maintenance
- Reliable and punctual with good communication skills
- Valid Driver’s License and access to reliable transportation
- Age requirement of at least 18 years old.
