Expectations:
- Proficiency in orthopedic assessment and treatment
- The pursuit of educational opportunities on a consistent basis to expand skill level
- Assessment of personal performance and report Most Important Tasks (MITs) to Clinic Director
- Empowering communication with referral sources, patients, & community members
