We’re a boutique, one-on-one orthopedic practice specializing in spine care, persistent pain, and thoughtful, individualized treatment. We’re looking for a Physical Therapist trained in Mechanical Diagnosis and Treatment (MDT) who is self motivated and highly driven who values clinical reasoning, autonomy, and meaningful patient relationships.
You’ll Thrive Here If You:
- Love solving complex spine cases and love creating meaningful relationships with patients
- Enjoy educating patients, not just treating them
- Prefer 60 minute one-on-one sessions
- Value autonomy and collaboration
- Want to grow clinically (CE support available)
You’ll Bring:
- Illinois PT license (or eligibility)
- MDT training or certification (preferred)
- Also valuable: Experience with Vestibular Diagnosis and Management, TMD, Women’s Health, Dry Needling, and/or Chronic Pain Management
- Strong orthopedic and spine assessment skills
- A growth mindset and team-first attitude
