Occupational Therapist or Certified Occupational Therapy Assistant (clinic based)
Elevate Pediatric Therapy is looking for a passionate, fun, and flexible OT or OTA to join our growing team. This clinician will be based in our clinic, providing play-based, functional therapy services in a supportive and collaborative environment. This is a part-time or full-time 1099 contract position with the opportunity to grow into a W-2 part-time or full-time role.

What the role looks like:
- Provide clinic-based pediatric OT services in a fun, engaging, and sensory-rich environment.
- Work with children and families to support skills in self-care, sensory processing, motor development, emotional regulation, and functional independence.
- Create individualized, play-based treatment sessions that keep kids motivated and progressing.
- Collaborate with families and other providers to support carryover of skills beyond the clinic
Position Details:
Position Type: 1099 Independent Contractor with future W-2 employment
Pay: $40–$60 per hour
Schedule: Flexible – part-time or full-time options
Setting: Clinic-based pediatric therapy
Growth Opportunity: As our clinic grows, there will be opportunities for W-2 employment, expanded hours, and leadership roles
Responsibilities:
OT:
- Conduct pediatric OT evaluations and treatment sessions in the clinic setting
- Develop individualized treatment plans and goals
- Collaborate with caregivers and other professionals
- Complete documentation (daily notes, progress updates, plans of care) in a timely manner
COTA:
- Implement skilled OT treatment under an OT plan of care
- Collaborate with supervising OT and caregivers
- Complete documentation in a timely manner
Qualifications:
- Active Colorado OT or COTA license
- Pediatric experience preferred (new grads with strong pediatric fieldwork encouraged)
- Ability to work independently while also collaborating within a team
- Professional liability insurance (or willingness to obtain)
- Passion for family-centered, strengths-based pediatric care
