Community Outreach Associate

We are seeking an enthusiastic and people-focused Community Outreach Associate to help expand awareness, strengthen community partnerships, and support meaningful outreach initiatives throughout the region.
This role is ideal for individuals who enjoy engaging with people, building relationships, representing organizations in public settings, and making a positive impact through community involvement. You'll serve as a key connection between our organization and the communities we serve by participating in events, outreach campaigns, educational initiatives, and partnership-building efforts.
What You'll Do
- Represent the organization at community events, outreach campaigns, and public engagement opportunities
- Build and maintain positive relationships with local businesses, community leaders, schools, nonprofit organizations, and residents
- Educate community members about programs, services, and initiatives
- Assist with planning and coordinating outreach events, informational sessions, and community activities
- Help develop strategies to increase community participation and engagement
- Gather feedback from community members and identify opportunities for improvement
- Support promotional and awareness campaigns through in-person outreach and grassroots marketing efforts
- Maintain accurate records of outreach activities, contacts, and event participation
- Collaborate with internal teams to ensure successful execution of community engagement initiatives

Schedule
