About the Role
We are seeking an experienced Pool Service Technician to join our growing team. The ideal candidate will have hands-on experience in servicing and maintaining residential swimming pools, along with strong technical knowledge of pool equipment, water chemistry, and safety standards.
Responsibilities:
- Service and maintain residential swimming pools
- Diagnose issues and perform repairs on pool equipment
- Conduct pool openings and closings
- Replace vinyl liners
- Upgrade and install new pool equipment
- Test, balance, and correct water chemistry
- Follow all industry and safety standards
- Provide professional, friendly customer service
Qualifications:
- Experience required in residential pool service
- Knowledge of:
- Vinyl liner replacement
- Pool opening/closing
- Equipment upgrades/installation
- Water chemistry
- Pool safety standards
- Strong attention to detail and problem-solving skills
- Ability to work independently
- Valid driver’s license required
Compensation & Benefits:
- Hourly pay: $17–$20/hr (based on experience)
