Elevate Orthopedics is seeking a high-quality Medical Assistant to join our growing practice in Medford. We are looking for someone who is positive, energetic, dependable, flexible, and excellent with patients. Patient experience is a top priority, and we want someone who can help create a welcoming, polished, and efficient clinic environment.
This role includes rooming patients, obtaining vitals, input of patient information into EHR, supporting patient flow, performing phlebotomy for PRP injections, verifying insurance eligibility, collecting patient payments, and assisting with prior authorizations. The ideal candidate is organized, professional, adaptable, and comfortable working in a growing practice where flexibility is especially important. Strong phone skills are also necessary.
This position is part-time to begin, with flexible hours initially, and has potential to grow into full-time as the clinic expands.
