Position Overview
We are currently hiring paid team coaches, with immediate openings at the high school level, as well as opportunities across multiple age groups for this year and next season.
This role is ideal for coaches who are passionate about player development, enjoy working in a team environment, and want to be part of a growing, high-level program.
Locations
- Baseball: Woodinville, Redmond, WA, Sumner, WA
- Fastpitch: Lynnwood, WA
Responsibilities
- Lead or assist in team practices, training sessions, and games
- Teach fundamentals, position-specific skills, and game strategy
- Support athlete development in alignment with Elevate standards
- Build a positive, competitive, and team-first culture
- Communicate effectively with players, families, and staff
- Uphold program expectations and represent Elevate professionally
Qualifications
- Playing and/or coaching experience in baseball or softball
- Strong communication and leadership skills
- Passion for working with youth athletes
- Ability to teach fundamentals and foster development
- Reliable, organized, and team-oriented
