Elevate Mobile IV is seeking a skilled and motivated Registered Nurse (RN), Nurse Practitioner (NP), or Physician Assistant (PA) to join our concierge mobile IV therapy team in Beckley and surrounding areas. This role is ideal for healthcare professionals with strong IV skills and an entrepreneurial mindset who thrive working independently and delivering high-quality, in-home patient care.

Key Responsibilities:
- Independently administer IV hydration and vitamin therapy
- Perform accurate and efficient peripheral IV starts
- Educate clients about infusions and wellness
- Maintain accurate documentation and records
- Manage client care and scheduling independently
- Provide a high-touch, concierge-level customer experience
Requirements:
- Active RN license in West Virginia (NP or PA also welcome)
- 2 years nursing experience
- Proficient IV insertion skills required
- ER or ICU experience is a plus
- Reliable transportation, smartphone, and ability to operate independently
Compensation & Details:
- Pay Range: $50-$175 per infusion tips
- Bonus opportunities available
- 1099 contractor position
- Supplies are your financial responsibility but qualify as tax write-offs
