About the Position
Elevate Mental Health and Wellness is seeking a compassionate, motivated Provisionally Licensed or Fully Licensed Counselor to join our growing private practice in Laramie, Wyoming.

Position Responsibilities
- Provide individual counseling services to clients with a variety of mental health concerns.
- Develop individualized treatment plans based on client needs and treatment goals.
- Provide ethical, competent, and client-centered therapeutic services.
- Maintain timely and accurate clinical documentation.
- Establish and maintain appropriate therapeutic boundaries.
- Monitor client progress and adjust treatment approaches as clinically appropriate.
- Maintain professional and ethical standards consistent with Wyoming requirements and applicable licensing boards.
- Participate in consultation and collaboration with other providers or clinicians as appropriate.
- Contribute to the continued growth and development of the practice as desired.
Qualifications
- Master's degree in Counseling, Clinical Mental Health Counseling, Social Work, or a related field.
- Provisionally licensed or fully licensed to provide mental health services in Wyoming, or eligible for Wyoming licensure.
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
- Ability to work independently while also participating in a supportive team environment.
- Commitment to ethical, compassionate, and client-centered care.
- Interest in developing a meaningful and sustainable private-practice career.
