Elevate Media Group is seeking a Digital Media Specialist - a versatile, hands-on role that bridges content production and digital marketing. This position is ideal for someone with a creative eye, an analytical mindset, and the drive to grow across both video/photo production and digital campaign management. You'll work closely with our digital marketing and production team to support clients across a wide range of industries.
$33,000-$38,000 (dependent on skill level)
Content Production
- Capture photo and video content for client accounts, including on-site shoots and social media content
- Edit and deliver short-form social media videos, reels, and promotional video content
- Support longer-form video projects and storytelling content as directed
- Assist with creative direction and visual consistency across client content
Digital & Social Media Management
- Manage organic social media content for a designated set of client accounts - including scheduling, posting, and audience engagement
- Collaborate with the Digital Marketing Specialist on content calendars, campaign support, and performance monitoring
- Assist with website updates and improvements (Wix, Squarespace, WordPress)
- Support Google Business Profile management, including posts, updates, and monitoring
- Contribute to monthly client reporting - translating performance data into clear, actionable insights
- Assist with SEO updates, including keyword usage, page structure, and metadata
- Stay current on digital marketing trends, content tools, and emerging technologies, including AI
Client & Team Support
- Communicate professionally with clients to support ongoing account management and content coordination
- Collaborate with designers, videographers, and digital specialists to execute client and Elevate campaigns
- Manage tasks and deadlines across multiple client projects in a fast-paced environment
- Contribute ideas for content strategy and campaign improvements based on performance data
- Go on-site to client locations for scheduled photo and video content capture
- Edit and deliver social media video content (reels, short clips, highlight videos) on a retainer schedule
- Own organic social media for a set of client accounts - creating, scheduling, and monitoring posts
- Support the Digital Marketing Specialist with campaign execution, reporting, and platform management
- Assist with website edits, landing page improvements, and basic SEO updates
- Help keep Elevate’s own marketing assets and social accounts up to date
- Collaborate across projects and step in where the team needs support
- Work across a wide range of industries and brands throughout the region
- Gain hands-on experience in digital advertising, content creation, and website development

- Creative eye for photo and video content — even if formal training is limited, the instinct must be there
- Basic to intermediate video editing skills
- Strong written and verbal communication skills
- Ability to manage multiple projects, deadlines, and client accounts simultaneously
- Analytical mindset, comfortable interpreting performance data and turning it into action
- Highly organized, self-directed, and able to work through problems independently
- Outgoing personality and comfort directing content when needed
- Team-oriented with a genuine willingness to learn and adapt
- Basic understanding of social media platforms and digital marketing concepts
- Relevant education or training (a degree is not required — demonstrable skills matter most)
- Experience with Adobe Creative Cloud (Premiere Pro, Lightroom, Photoshop)
- Web design experience (Wix, Squarespace, or WordPress)
- Experience using Canva
- Familiarity with Google Analytics, Tag Manager, or basic conversion tracking
- Experience with social media scheduling or reporting tools
- Experience running or supporting paid ad campaigns (Meta or Google Ads)
