Overview:

We are seeking a skilled and experienced Aesthetician and/or Laser Technician to join our team. As an Aesthetician/ Laser Technician, you will be responsible for performing various esthetic laser treatments and providing exceptional customer service to our clients. If you have a passion for aesthetics, beauty and the necessary skills, we would love to hear from you.

Duties:

• Perform a variety of aesthetic treatments with focus on facials (i.e., Diamond Glow facials) and chemical peels.

• Assess client's skin condition and recommend appropriate treatments

• Provide personalized skincare consultations and product recommendations

• Perform esthetic laser treatments such as hair removal, skin rejuvenation, etc.

• Operate and maintain laser equipment in accordance with safety protocols

• Provide post-treatment care instructions and advice to clients

• Assist with front desk duties such as scheduling appointments and answering client inquiries

• Upsell additional services and retail products to enhance the client's experience

• Stay up-to-date with the latest trends and techniques in the field of aesthetics

Required Qualifications:

• Minimum 3-5 years experience as an Aesthetician or Laser Tech or similar role

• Certification and/or license in laser technology or esthetics is preferred

• Experience at a dermatology clinic, plastic surgery clinic, or Medical Spa that offers lasers is ideal

• Excellent customer service skills with the ability to build rapport with clients

• Attention to detail and ability to follow safety protocols

• In-depth knowledge of esthetic laser treatments

• Proficient in facials and other aesthetic treatments

• Strong customer service skills with the ability to provide personalized skincare consultations

• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills

• Ability to upsell additional services and retail products
