Qualifications
- Strong expertise in Law, including understanding legal frameworks and engaging in legal research
- Proficiency in tackling Legal Issues and providing accurate and effective Legal Advice to clients
- Experience in working with Courts, including preparing cases and representing clients professionally
- Proven skills in Negotiation and conflict resolution
- Ability to manage multiple cases and meet deadlines in a dynamic legal environment
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills
- Juris Doctor (JD) or equivalent law degree with relevant certifications
- Membership in the applicable bar association
- Prior experience with litigation and a strong understanding of legal ethics
