Position Highlights:

• Income Potential: $80,000 - $150,000 per year with a high guaranteed hourly wage, generous bonuses, and uncapped commissions.
• Work-Life Balance: Year-round work and no after-hours or Sunday on-call schedule.

What You’ll Do:

• Provide residential plumbing services, including installations, repairs, and inspections of plumbing systems (gas, water, sewer).
• Diagnose, repair, and maintain plumbing systems, solving client issues quickly and professionally.
• In each client's home, we thoroughly evaluate their entire system, ask questions to understand their needs, and educate them on what we found and their options.  
• Ensure complete client satisfaction from start to finish with clear communication and exceptional service.
• Document activities accurately for invoicing and client records.

What We’re Looking For:

• At least 1 year of residential plumbing experience.
• Excellent communication skills.
• A dedication to providing world-class service.

• A relatively clean driving record, ability to pass a background check, and drug screening.
