Position Highlights

• Salary Range: $60,000–$80,000 annually bonus opportunities
• Location: Fort Myers, FL
• Focus: Leading, developing, and growing Elevate’s electrical department
• Ownership: Full operational oversight of installations, service quality, and team performance
• Team: Guide and support a team of electricians and apprentices
  
  

What You'll Do

• Lead, develop, and manage a team of electricians and apprentices to ensure high performance, safety, and exceptional customer satisfaction. Provide ongoing coaching, mentoring, and technical support to maintain top-tier service standards.
• Foster a culture of accountability, growth, and excellence across the department.
• Oversee daily operations of the electrical department
• Collaborate with dispatch, sales, and other departments to streamline operations and ensure seamless coordination across all services.
• Monitor and manage departmental KPI’s including job completion rate, average ticket size, and customer satisfaction.
• Provide hands-on support to technicians with complex troubleshooting, problem-solving, and customer escalations. Ensure technical excellence and high-quality service delivery on every job.
• Ensure all team members strictly adhere to electrical codes, safety protocols, and licensing requirements.
• Foster strong relationships with homeowners, ensuring clear communication, timely resolution of concerns, and a consistently excellent customer experience. Promote service standards that build trust and long-term customer loyalty.
  
  

What We're Looking For

• 5–10 years of residential electrical experience, including generators
• 3 years in a leadership, foreman, or supervisory role
• Strong knowledge of residential electrical systems, safety codes, and best practices
• Excellent communication, coaching, and problem-solving skills
• Experience in home services or technician-based operations
• Familiarity with Nexstar service system and ServiceTitan
