We are hiring for full-time and part-time Program Nurses. Here’s what the position entails:
- Enforce Elevate Healthcare’s mission and values, including our harm-reduction and person-centered model of care.
- Superior customer service and professional demeanor.
- Accurately dispense prescribed medications according to clinic protocol.
- Perform daily operations of the clinic pharmacy.
- Inventory of a controlled substances.
- Executes clinic’s Diversion Control Plan to ensure program medication isn’t being used illicitly.
- Consult patient relating to their prescribed medication
- Assist program medical provider in all areas of patient care, including physicals, labs, COWS assessments, and documentation of all services provided.
- Monitors patient activities and progression through treatment as part of the Treatment Team.
- Run reports daily as required by state and federal regulations.

Requirements:
- Must be licensed as an LPN or RN in the state of Colorado.
- A good attitude and compassion towards substance using population.
Position: We are hiring for one part-time position and one full-time position.

Hours flexible between: 4:45am – 12:45pm.
Pay is dependent on experience and qualifications.
