Position Summary
The Home Care Office Manager will oversee the daily operations of our non-medical home care division. This role is heavily focused on staff management, accountability, recruiting, scheduling oversight, payroll, and billing. We are willing to train the right candidate who has strong leadership skills, a positive attitude, and a desire to grow with our company.
Key Responsibilities
- Manage and supervise CNAs, PCAs, and caregivers
- Hold staff accountable for attendance, punctuality, documentation, and performance standards
- Oversee and support the scheduling coordinator to ensure shifts are staffed appropriately
- Assist with caregiver coaching, counseling, and performance improvement
- Recruit, interview, hire, and onboard caregivers
- Maintain employee files and compliance records
- Assist with client service issues and caregiver concerns
- Monitor key performance indicators and operational goals
- Help foster a positive, team-oriented culture
Qualifications
- Previous management, office management, staffing, healthcare, or customer service leadership experience preferred
- Strong people-management and communication skills
- Ability to lead difficult conversations and enforce company expectations
- Organized and detail-oriented
- Comfortable with payroll, scheduling, and administrative tasks
- Experience in home care, healthcare staffing, or senior care is a plus, but not required
- Proficient with Microsoft Office and computer systems
- Reliable, professional, and solution-oriented
