Job Summary
We are seeking a dynamic and detail-oriented HR Generalist with a strong background in recruiting to support our HR operations and talent acquisition efforts. This role is ideal for someone who enjoys working across various HR functions while playing a key role in attracting top talent.
Full-time
Monday - Friday
8:00 am - 6:00 pm
Key Responsibilities
- Manage full-cycle recruitment: sourcing, screening, scheduling interviews, and onboarding candidates.
- Partner with hiring managers to identify staffing needs and develop job descriptions.
- Maintain and update job postings.
- Support employee relations, benefits administration, and performance management initiatives.
- Support recognition programs, team building, celebrations (birthdays & anniversaries), engagement activities
- Maintain employee records and assist with HR reporting and audits.
- Contribute to HR projects and process improvements.
- Data entry and analysis
Qualifications
- Bachelor’s degree in human resources, business administration, or related field.
- 2 years of HR experience, with at least 1–2 years focused on recruiting.
- Strong understanding of HR best practices, labor laws, and recruiting platforms.
- Strong Microsoft Office experience, to include Teams, Word, Excel, and PowerPoint
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
- Highly organized, detail-oriented, and able to handle confidential information with discretion.
