As an Entry Level Sales Associate, you will serve as the direct connection between customers and the services they rely on every day. The Entry Level Sales Associate position focuses on customer engagement, sales support, and enrollment assistance. Every Entry Level Sales Associate will promote fiber internet, wireless plans, and home connectivity solutions, while supporting account activations, billing questions, and upgrades.
What You’ll Do As an Entry Level Sales Associate
- Engage with customers daily as an Entry Level Sales Associate to promote fiber internet, wireless, and telecommunications solutions
- Assist customers with account activations, billing inquiries, plan upgrades, and service changes
- Deliver excellent customer service while performing entry level sales associate responsibilities
- Present promotions, bundles, and upgrade opportunities to increase customer value
- Maintain accurate records of customer accounts, sales activity, and enrollment details
- Represent the company professionally as an Entry Level Sales Associate in all customer interactions
