Overview
We are seeking a dedicated and compassionate Board Certified Behavior Analyst (BCBA) to join our team. The ideal candidate will possess a strong background in behavioral therapy and demonstrate experience working with children and individuals with developmental disabilities. This role involves implementing and overseeing behavior intervention plans, conducting assessments, and providing support to clients with autism and other disabilities. The BCBA will play a crucial role in enhancing the quality of life for our clients through evidence-based practices in applied behavior analysis.
Responsibilities
- Conduct comprehensive assessments and diagnostic evaluations to identify behavioral needs.
- Develop, implement, and monitor individualized behavior intervention plans based on applied behavior analysis principles.
- Collect and analyze data to track client progress and adjust interventions as necessary.
- Collaborate with families, educators, and other professionals to ensure a holistic approach to client care.
- Provide training and support to staff on behavioral strategies and interventions.
- Maintain accurate medical documentation in compliance with HIPAA regulations.
- Engage in ongoing professional development to stay current with best practices in behavioral health.
Requirements
- Board Certification as a Behavior Analyst (BCBA) is required.
- Experience working with children, particularly those with autism or developmental disabilities.
- Proficiency in data collection methods and analysis related to behavioral interventions.
- Knowledge of special education practices and working with individuals with disabilities.
- Familiarity with medical terminology, records, intake processes, and patient assessment techniques.
- Strong communication skills for effective collaboration with clients, families, and interdisciplinary teams.
- Commitment to maintaining confidentiality and adhering to ethical standards in patient care.

Pay: $70.00 - $80.00 per hour
