Responsibilities
- Greet donor members and visitors with a warm, professional demeanor at the front desk or via phone systems
- Provide exceptional customer support by addressing inquiries promptly, troubleshooting issues, and offering solutions
- Conducting daily briefings and debriefings with your team to review performance and set goals.
- Monitoring team performance metrics and providing constructive feedback.
- Troubleshooting on-the-ground challenges and reporting key insights to charity account managers.
- Ensuring all fundraising programs adhere to our company and charity partners' standards and ethics.
Qualifications
- Exceptional communication skills—both verbal and written—with a focus on donor communication
- Bilingual abilities are highly desirable to serve diverse client needs effectively
- No prior experience is necessary, but ability to learn customer service skills in a non profit environment is key
- Proven leadership skills and the ability to inspire and motivate a team.
