Front Desk Supervisor - Part Time

Job Overview

We’re seeking an energetic and reliable FT and PT Front Desk Supervisors to help lead the front desk at Elevate Fitness. In this role, you’ll keep things running smoothly during your shift—making sure members can check in easily, feel welcomed, and have a great experience every time they walk through the door.

You’ll help create a positive, upbeat environment, support the front desk team, and make sure customer service stays top-notch. It’s a great opportunity to step into a leadership role while being part of a fun, fast-paced fitness community.

Duties

• Greet members and guests with a welcoming, upbeat attitude
• Provide information about gym services, programs, and membership options.
• Address member inquiries, concerns, and complaints promptly and professionally.
• Check-in members and guests using the gym's management system.
• Oversee and manage check-in alerts and notifications.
• Ensure the front desk area is clean, organized, and stocked with necessary supplies.
• Process payments for memberships, classes, and retail items.
• Follow safety protocols and procedures to ensure the well-being of all gym members and staff.
• Complete gym walks to rack weights, pick up trash, and complete bathroom and locker room checks.
• Exceptional 60 day review can lead to pay increase

Skills

• Experience in customer service or front desk work (gym experience is a bonus)
• Someone who’s comfortable taking the lead and helping others
• Strong communication and people skills
• Basic computer skills and ability to learn new systems
• Organized and able to juggle multiple tasks
• Positive attitude and dependable
• Flexible schedule (some evenings/weekends)
• Bilingual is a plus, but not required

Requirements:

• Follow all current company policies and standard operating procedures, which may be updated or changed over time.
• Ability to work in a gym setting; move about club floors and rooms; communicate with employees, members, and the public
• Ability to bend routinely and repetitively to lift more than 40 lbs.
• Must attend all mandatory company trainings

Pay: $12.00 - $13.00 per hour
