Role Description
The Financial Planning Intern is a part-time, on-site role based in St. Petersburg, FL. In this role, the intern will assist in gain knowledge and experience in a multitude of topics, including financial analysis, working through client documentation, marketing, sales, and financial planning topics both simple and complex. Day-to-day tasks include but is not limited to creating client portfolio analysis, cold outreach via LinkedIn and cold calls, assisting with financial planning research and strategy, analyzing client documentation and shadowing a full-time advisor.
The role is part-time in Fort Lauderdale, FL, 2-5 days per week with flexible scheduling and opportunities to work remote. The position does not have hourly pay, though there are opportunities for bonuses, as well as college credit! The position is for a 3 month minimum duration, with opportunities to extend it and potentially turn into a larger, full-time position!
