Position Summary:
We are seeking a caring, dependable, and enthusiastic Childcare Teacher to join our team! The ideal candidate is passionate about working with young children, values teamwork, and is committed to creating a positive and enriching classroom environment.
Responsibilities:
- Create and implement age-appropriate lesson plans and activities
- Provide a safe, clean, and nurturing environment for all children
- Foster social, emotional, cognitive, and physical development
- Maintain open and professional communication with families
- Follow all licensing regulations and center policies
- Work collaboratively with team members to support classroom success
- Observe and document children’s progress and milestones
Qualifications:
- Previous experience working with young children (required)
- Registry membership (or willingness to obtain)
- CPR/AED and First Aid certification (or willingness to obtain)
- Strong communication and organizational skills
- A positive attitude and passion for early childhood education
