What are the responsibilities and job description for the Senior Financial Analyst--FP & A position at Elevate Digital?

The Senior Financial Analyst, FP&A supports financial planning, forecasting, and performance management.
• Strong analytical and financial modeling capabilities, with the ability to translate complex data
into clear, actionable business insights.
• Advanced Excel proficiency--Demonstrated ability to build and maintain sophisticated
financial models and reporting tools.
• Proven ability to collaborate cross-functionally, communicate financial concepts to non-
finance stakeholders, and influence decisions through analysis.
• High degree of accuracy and thoroughness in financial reporting, forecasting, and variance
analysis.
• Strong written and verbal communication skills with the ability to present financial
information clearly to leadership audiences.
• Eagerness to learn, adapt, and continuously improve both personal performance and team
processes.
• Proactive in identifying and implementing improvements to reporting workflows, data quality,
and FP&A standardization.
Required Qualifications
• Bachelor's degree in Finance, Accounting, Economics, or a related field.
• 3–6 years of experience in FP&A, operations finance, or a related analytical role.
• Strong analytical and financial modeling skills with advanced Excel proficiency.
• Demonstrated ability to translate financial data into actionable business insights.
• Strong written and verbal communication skills.
• High attention to detail with a growth-oriented mindset.
• Experience in a manufacturing, industrial, or multi-site operating environment.
• Exposure to capital investment analysis and operational KPI reporting.
• Experience supporting global or multi-business unit organizations.
• Familiarity with OneStream or other financial planning tools.
Salary : $90,000 - $110,000
