Compensation, Schedule & Benefits
- $55-$65 per hour depending on experience
- Plus $5,000 sign-on bonus ($2,500 for part-time)
- Schedule: Flexible to 3-5 days/week
- Open to Monday 8-5, Tuesday 7-1 or 8-1, Wednesday 8-1, Thursday 8-5, and/or Fridays 8-5
- Paid study clubs CE allowance
- Mentorship & growth opportunities

- Active CO RDH license
- CPR/BLS certified
- Experience with Open Dental, Dentrix, or similar
- Provide preventive and periodontal care
- Deliver strong patient education and oral-systemic health discussions
- Build lasting patient relationships
- Use modern technology, including DentalAI
- Collaborate closely with doctors and clinical team
