Position Overview:
We are seeking a motivated and compassionate Master’s Level Therapist to join our team. This position is open to both licensed and unlicensed clinicians who are passionate about making a meaningful impact in the lives of individuals, couples, and families.
Responsibilities:
- Provide individual, couples, and/or family therapy
- Conduct assessments, develop treatment plans, and maintain accurate clinical documentation
- Collaborate with a multidisciplinary team as needed
- Maintain ethical and professional standards in accordance with state regulations and licensing boards
- Participate in supervision and team meetings
Qualifications:
- Master’s degree in Counseling, Social Work, Marriage and Family Therapy, or a related field
- Licensed (LMHC, LCSW, LMFT, etc.) or license-eligible in New Hampshire
- Strong interpersonal and communication skills
- Ability to work independently and manage a caseload
- Commitment to ongoing professional growth and learning
