Position Summary
We are seeking a reliable and compassionate Monitor to support our Permanent Supportive Housing (PSH) program. The Monitor helps maintain a safe and respectful environment for tenants by monitoring the property, responding to incidents, documenting concerns, and supporting overall program operations. This position may include evening, overnight, weekend, and holiday shifts.
Responsibilities
- Conduct routine property rounds
- Monitor safety and security of the property
- Respond to tenant concerns, conflicts, and emergencies
- Complete incident reports and shift documentation
- Enforce program rules and community expectations
- Communicate concerns to management and Case Managers
- Support a trauma-informed and Housing First environment
Qualifications
- High School Diploma or GED required
- 1 year experience in security, homeless services, behavioral health, residential programs, or related field preferred
- Strong communication and conflict resolution skills
- Ability to remain calm in stressful situations
- Basic computer and documentation skills
