Elevate Collective, a dynamic sales and marketing firm, is seeking a Customer Success Associate to represent AT&T Business in the Vista, California area. In this role, you’ll support local businesses by providing exceptional service, assisting with sales processes, and helping clients discover tailored solutions, including wireless devices, business internet, and fiber services. Your support will play a key role in building trust, strengthening client relationships, and keeping operations running seamlessly.

As a Customer Success Associate, you’ll work closely with Vista-area businesses, acting as a reliable point of contact throughout their experience with AT&T Business. You’ll help coordinate account activity, ensure accurate service setup, and keep communication clear and consistent, making sure every client feels supported from start to finish.

What You’ll Do as a Customer Success Associate

  • Deliver personalized, face-to-face support to local business clients in Vista, CA
  • Assist with service requests and coordinate with internal teams to ensure timely solutions
  • Maintain organized and accurate client account records
  • Support sales initiatives by working alongside team members during field campaigns
  • Break down AT&T Business offerings into clear, easy-to-understand solutions for clients
  • Gather feedback from clients to help improve service strategies and overall experience
