Cold Email Operations Specialist
Full Time 9am to 5pm (Virtual Office)
We’re hiring a full time cold email operations person who knows Smartlead, Instantly, and Clay.com at a high level. If you don’t have real experience with all three, do not apply.
What you must already know
• Smartlead setup, warmup logic, routing, rules, inbox rotation, and troubleshooting
• Instantly infrastructure and campaign building
• Clay.com at an advanced level
• Scraping data from multiple sources
• Building targeted lead lists from scratch
• Building custom Clay tables and automations
• Managing multiple inboxes daily
• Monitoring deliverability and keeping campaigns healthy
• Enrichment, verification, and list prep for outbound
• Operating in a fast moving outbound environment
Role Responsibilities
• Full inbox manager for multiple domains and sending accounts
• Monitor all inboxes daily, tag replies, clear spam, keep inboxes healthy
• Manage cold email operations inside our virtual office 9am to 5pm CST
• Build, clean, and maintain targeted lead lists
• Create Clay workflows, automations, and enrichment flows
• Stand up Smartlead and Instantly campaigns
• Troubleshoot issues quickly and keep everything sending
• Support ongoing outbound tests, experiments, and workflow builds
Requirements
• Hands on Smartlead experience
• Hands on Instantly experience
• Advanced Clay.com experience
• Strong understanding of scraping, enrichment, and verification
• Available full time 9am to 5pm CST in our virtual office
• Strong English and high attention to detail
• Fast worker who can manage multiple projects
