Your Role as an LPN:
Provide Direct Patient Care with skill and compassion.
Administer Medications & Treatments as prescribed.
Monitor Vital Signs & Document Medical Information accurately.
Work Closely with RNs & Physicians to ensure high-quality care.
Educate Patients & Families on treatments and wellness strategies.
Respond Quickly to Medical Situations and emergencies.
Maintain a Safe & Organized Care Environment.
What You Need to Succeed:
Active LPN License (Required)
CPR Certification
Strong Clinical & Critical Thinking Skills
