7:30 AM - 2:30 PM Monday-Friday and every other Saturday 8:00 AM - 8:00 PM
Are you a friendly and organized professional with a passion for providing excellent customer service? Elevate Care is seeking a Reception team member to be the welcoming face of our facility. In this role, you will provide front desk support, assist visitors, and ensure smooth daily operations.

Your Responsibilities:
Greet & Assist Visitors – Provide a warm welcome to residents, families, and guests.
Answer & Direct Calls – Manage a multi-line phone system with professionalism.
Clerical Support – Handle filing, scheduling, and data entry tasks.
Coordinate Deliveries & Appointments – Ensure efficient communication within the facility.
Maintain a Professional & Organized Front Desk – Create a positive first impression for all who enter.
Qualifications:
Previous Reception or Administrative Experience (Preferred)
Strong Communication & Customer Service Skills
Ability to Multitask & Stay Organized
Proficiency in Microsoft Office & Basic Office Equipment
A Friendly, Professional, & Courteous Attitude
