Pediatric Private Duty Nurse (LPN/RN) - M - F 4 PM-10 PM

Job Description:
Elevate Care Providers LLC is seeking a dependable, compassionate LPN or RN to provide one-on-one private duty nursing care for a 15-year-old female client in St. Louis City.

The client is non-ambulatory, non-verbal, and requires total assistance with activities of daily living. The nurse will provide skilled nursing care, monitoring, and assistance in the home during the scheduled evening shift.

Responsibilities include:

• CPAP monitoring during naps and as ordered
• G-button care and feeds
• Straight catheterization PRN
• Indwelling catheter care as ordered
• Seizure observation, monitoring, and intervention
• Assistance with bathing, grooming, dressing, and toileting
• Transfers and mobility assistance
• Range-of-motion exercises approximately every 2 hours while awake
• Application and removal of AFOs
• Medication administration and documentation as ordered
• Monitoring the client’s condition and reporting changes
• Completing required nursing documentation

Qualifications:

• Current Missouri LPN or RN license, or qualifying Compact license
• Current CPR/BLS certification
• Experience with pediatric private duty nursing preferred
• Experience with G-tubes, catheter care, seizure precautions, and CPAP preferred
• Reliable transportation
• Ability to safely assist with transfers and personal care
• Dependable, patient, compassionate, and comfortable working one-on-one in a home setting
• Must successfully complete required background and compliance screenings

Monday–Friday
4:00 PM–10:00 PM
Approximately 30 hours per week
