We're looking for an experienced Certified Nursing Assistant (CNA) Supervisor to lead our nursing assistants and serve as Manager on Duty (MOD) during assigned shifts.
Responsibilities:
Supervise and support the CNA team throughout the shift
Serve as Manager on Duty (MOD) and respond to resident, family, and staff concerns
Ensure quality resident care and compliance with facility policies
Assist with staffing assignments and workflow coordination
Monitor resident safety and report changes in condition to nursing leadership
Coach, mentor, and train CNAs to maintain high standards of care
Complete required documentation and communicate shift updates
Collaborate with nurses, therapy, and interdisciplinary teams
Qualifications:
Active CNA certification in good standing
Previous long-term care or skilled nursing experience required
Prior supervisory or leadership experience preferred
Strong communication, organizational, and problem-solving skills
Ability to lead a team in a fast-paced environment
Must be dependable, professional, and resident-focused
