Location: 400 N Baltimore St, Kirksville, MO

Position: Budtender

Job: Our Budtenders are not only knowledgeable about cannabis products, but give an informational experience for customers and clients while staying compliant within state laws along with money handling and customer service alike.

Will train engaged and dedicated candidates. Resume required

Shift: 2-3 day work weeks.

Will work nights, mornings and weekends. 15-20 hours max

8 hour shifts normally

Closing Shifts and Weekends Mandatory

Retail Schedules depend on your reliability

Pay: 16.00 Tips Paid Bi-Weekly

Duties and Responsibilities:

-General Customer Service

-Checks customer/patient ID's

-Conducts transactions at the register

-Fronts and faces product on shelves

-Stocks products on shelves, which requires bending the body downward at the waist, ascending and descending a step stool, and lifting boxes up to forty pounds

-Remains upright on the feet, particularly for sustained periods of time, up to 88% of the working day

-Moves about on foot to accomplish tasks to meet customer/patient needs

-Helps keep the store clean and tidy, including sweeping and mopping

-Provides customer education about products and uses

-Works with leadership to understand company goals and procedures

-Other duties as assigned by management This is a full-time, Permanent position Elevate Cannabis.

Minimum Qualifications and Requirements:

-Is a customer service professional

-Must be organized and maintain a neat and clean work station

-Must have familiarity with grams vs ounces

-Must be able to perform simple math

-Must be willing to learn about new products and cannabinoids

-Must be aware of and abide by all laws and compliance surrounding retail operations

-Must possess a willingness to learn the effects and applications of concentrates and other THC infused products

-Experience in the use of cannabis and possess a willingness to learn strain genetics including their properties and effects

-Is familiar with Windows, Microsoft Office and Google Drive

-Must be able to operate the point of sale system and maintain accurate cash handling practices

-Must have 1 year of cash handling experience

-Must have 1 year of customer service experience

-Must be computer literate

-Must have reliable transportation to/from work

-All candidates should be over the age of 21.

Job Type: Part-time
