Role Description
This is a flexible contract-based opportunity with potential for expanded involvement over time.
The Client Growth Manager will support outreach and relationship-building efforts with prospective business clients. This role focuses on initiating conversations, maintaining consistent communication, and assisting in the development of new business relationships.
Daily responsibilities include engaging with prospective clients through phone, email, and other professional communication channels, supporting follow-up efforts, maintaining organized activity tracking, and contributing to ongoing outreach initiatives. This individual will also collaborate on messaging and assist with refining communication strategies.
Qualifications
- Strong written and verbal communication skills
- Experience supporting client outreach, coordination, or business development efforts
- Ability to manage tasks independently and stay organized across multiple conversations
