Built for clients whose time is their most valuable asset, Elevate Jet pairs operational mastery with seamless technology to make private aviation as simple as it should be.Summary of position-The Inside Sales Advisor serves as a key driver of revenue and client engagement in a fast-paced, app-driven charter marketplace. This individual will respond to inbound leads, re-engage previously quoted clients, and accelerate new business opportunities generated by digital campaigns, marketing initiatives, events, and partner networks. Success in this role requires urgency, precision, consistent follow-up, and a relationship-first mindset.Essential Duties & Responsibilities-Respond to inbound app and web leads with speed, professionalism, and a consultative approach.Re-engage dormant or previously quoted prospects to renew interest and advance them to active opportunities.Build rapport quickly and guide clients through options including on-demand charter, jet cards, and membership solutions.Maintain a clean, disciplined pipeline with accurate activity tracking and forecasting within the CRM.Collaborate with outside sales representatives to ensure seamless client handoff and continuity of service.Work closely with marketing and operations teams to optimize lead flow, client experience, and conversion outcomes.Knowledge, Skills & Abilities-Excellent verbal and written communication skills with the ability to engage clients and build trust quickly.Strong follow-through and organizational skills, with consistent attention to detail and documentation.Proficiency with CRM platforms and lead management tools.Demonstrated ability to thrive in a dynamic, high-volume environment with multiple concurrent opportunities.Driven by responsiveness, accuracy, and client care.Naturally relationship-oriented and confident in consultative selling.Comfortable working in a performance-oriented environment.Ability to operate in a fast moving environment with many simultaneous deals.Education & Experience-2–4 years of sales experience, ideally in aviation, hospitality, travel services, or other high-touch premium service environments.Bachelors degree or equivalent work experienceSchedule & Travel-Standard business hours are expected in this role, with the ability to work outside normal business hours and/or holidays as needed.Ability to travel as required up to 50-75%.Miscellaneous-FLSA Status- Full Time exemptLifting requirements- Up to 25lbsU.S. work authorization is a precondition of employment.
