Now Hiring: Customer Care/Sales Representatives (Bilingual – Spanish or Korean)
We’re currently partnering with a growing insurance agency to hire two Customer Care Representatives to join their team!
📍 Location: Annandale, Virginia
Open Positions:
- 1 Bilingual Spanish-speaking representative
- 1 Bilingual Korean-speaking representative
What You’ll Do:
- Deliver outstanding customer service via phone, email, and in person
- Assist clients with policy questions, billing inquiries, and coverage details
- Support account management and help identify client needs
- Maintain accurate client records and follow up promptly
- Build and maintain strong client relationships
- Support light sales, including cross-selling/upselling policies and closing when appropriate
What We’re Looking For:
- Fluency in Spanish OR Korean
- Property & Casualty (P&C) license preferred
- If not currently licensed, must be willing and able to obtain a P&C license within 30 days of start date
- Previous customer service or administrative experience
- Strong communication and organizational skills
- Positive, team-oriented attitude
