PC Refresh Technician

Job Summary:

We are looking a PC Refresh Technician who will be responsible for installing, troubleshooting and repairing, resolve incidents with PC, LAN/WAN, cloud, O365, Intune, Azure, server, hardware, software and business applications within the organization s computing environment and associated systems when malfunction occurs. They will also perform preventive maintenance to all machines to ensure they are functioning accurately.

The role will require daily travel throughout a designated territory in and surrounding Indianapolis, Indiana.

Major Responsibilities:

• Support and maintain computer systems, desktops, software, hardware, and applications for multiple site locations in an assigned region.
• Install, configure, test, maintain, monitor, and troubleshoot end-user and network hardware, peripheral devices, printing/scanning, video conference equipment, software, iOS, Android, and other products to deliver optimal performance.
• Provide technical advice, guidance, and training to end-user base.
• Travel to locations performing various functions and tasks.
• Working knowledge of PC hardware and the ability to identify proper devices and configurations based on customer need.

Qualifications

• Daytime travel required.
• Experience in troubleshooting, installation, system maintenance, incident management, change management, customer service and support.
• Technical knowledge and understanding functions include but not limited to supporting Windows OS, MS Office/O365, Intune, Azure, Entra ID, MS Intune Manager, end user computing systems, hardware, software, application, MDF/IDF, VoIP, network, LAN, WAN, server, mobility, VDI and AVD, Active Directory.
• Excellent oral and written communication.
• Move equipment to multiple locations
