Entry Level Team Member

Elevana Partners is expanding its Verizon customer services team, and we’re hiring an Entry Level Team Member to support customer communication, Entry Level Team Member accounts, and sales-driven service solutions. This role is ideal for someone who enjoys working directly with customers and Entry Level Team Members, building relationships, and representing a trusted Verizon brand with confidence.

As an Entry Level Team Member, you’ll act as the main point of contact for Verizon customers, helping Entry Level Team Members understand service options, supporting account activity, and delivering a professional, people-first experience. This is a customer-facing, performance-focused opportunity with structure, coaching, and room to grow.

What You’ll Do as an Entry Level Team Member

• Work directly with customers and Entry Level Team Members to explain Verizon services and solutions
• Support customer account setup, updates, and service coordination
• Conduct needs-based conversations to the right Verizon options
• Deliver a positive experience while supporting sales and account goals
• Maintain accurate records of customer interactions, details, and account activity
• Build strong relationships that support customer satisfaction and retention
• Collaborate with team members to meet daily customer and sales objectives
• Represent Elevana Partners and Verizon professionally in all customer-facing interactions

What We’re Looking For an Entry Level Team Member

• Experience in Entry Level Team Member service, customer services, sales, retail, or hospitality is a plus
• Strong communication skills and comfort working with Entry Level Team Members
• customer-focused mindset with attention to detail
• Ability to manage multiple customer and Entry Level Team Member interactions
• Reliable, organized, and motivated to grow professionally

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: $900.00 - $1,400.00 per week
