- Supply Chain Operations & Process Analysis
- Data Analysis & Reporting (Excel, Access, ERP/MES)
- Continuous Improvement / Project Management
- Analyze manufacturing and supply chain operations to identify inefficiencies and lead improvement projects
- Build, modify, and maintain business reports and queries for Operations, Supply Chain, Finance, and other teams
- Support packaging and warehouse activities — improving shipping/receiving processes, storage solutions, and packaging efficiencies
- Participate in cross-functional teams across the plant to drive performance improvements
- Support new system implementation projects and initiatives within the Supply Chain department
- Benchmark internal and external processes to maximize efficiency
- Communicate findings and recommendations clearly to stakeholders at all levels
- Strong analytical skills — you can dig into data, spot the problem, and explain what needs to change
- Proficiency in Microsoft Excel and Access
- Solid project management skills with the ability to juggle multiple priorities at once
- Strong written and verbal communication skills — comfortable working across engineering, supply chain, finance, and leadership
- Self-motivated with a problem-solving mindset and a positive attitude
- High school diploma required
- Flexibility on hours — schedule is Monday–Friday but may shift based on business needs
- 2–5 years of supply chain experience — degree in supply chain or APICS certification is a plus
- Experience with SAP or other ERP/MES systems
- Lean, Six Sigma, or Green Belt certification
- Familiarity with cable products, materials, or manufacturing processes
- Ability to influence and drive change in a matrixed organization
- Monday–Friday, 8:00 AM–5:00 PM standard schedule; hours may shift to 6:00 AM–2:00 PM based on business needs
- Role includes a mix of day-to-day analytical support and project-based work
- Strong cross-functional collaboration is a core part of this role — expect to work with teams across the plant regularly
