Key Responsibilities
Quality Assurance Strategy & Execution
- Develop and execute performance testing strategies that ensure scalable, stable delivery.
- Build and maintain automated test scripts using open-source frameworks.
- Apply version control best practices for test automation code.
- Define and reinforce QA standards for planning, execution, and automation.
- Lead performance benchmarking, tuning, and performance environment management.
- Use tools such as Artillery, K6, Locus, JMeter, or LoadRunner to measure, analyze, and optimize.
- Identify and mitigate risks, bottlenecks, and architectural limitations.
- Translate performance metrics into clear insights and recommendations.
- Build and maintain automation frameworks and test suites.
- Integrate performance testing into CI/CD workflows.
- Conduct root cause analysis and implement corrective/preventive actions.
- Stay current with QA, automation, and performance engineering trends.
- Partner with Product, Development, and Operations to align performance priorities with business needs.
- Participate in code reviews, sprint planning, and technical discussions.
- Lead cross-team initiatives to improve quality processes, tools, and methodologies.
- Performance environment built, validated, and integrated into delivery workflows.
- Clear benchmarking baselines established and maintained.
- Reduction in performance-related defects and incidents.

- 5–7 years in QA, performance testing, and automation.
- Experience standing up new performance environments from scratch.
- Skilled in load, stress, and soak testing methodologies.
