What You'll Do
- Own and manage data reporting tools and dashboards used to track business performance
- Build, maintain, and improve Power BI dashboards and reports for operational use
- Analyze data to identify performance trends, key metrics, and improvement opportunities
- Partner with IT and cross functional teams to automate and enhance reporting solutions
- Ensure data accuracy and consistency across all reporting platforms
- Identify gaps in reporting and recommend improvements to data accessibility
- Support the design and rollout of Lean workflows and process improvement initiatives
- Document reporting processes, dashboard logic, and data definitions
- Provide data driven insights and recommendations to support performance improvements
- Help standardize metrics and reporting structures across teams
What We Need From You
- Bachelor's degree in Engineering or a related technical field
- 5 or more years of relevant experience
- Experience with data reporting and visualization tools
- Strong analytical skills with the ability to interpret and communicate performance trends
- Experience collaborating with IT and business stakeholders on reporting or system projects
Preferred / Bonus
- Hands on experience specifically with Power BI
- Background in manufacturing, operations, or supply chain environments
- Familiarity with SQL, Power Query, DAX, or similar analytics tools
- Experience with KPI development and continuous improvement initiatives
- Knowledge of data governance and reporting best practices
